Following persons are
eligible to make admission-
1. Any party
to the proceeding in civil matter. (Section-18)
2. Agent of
any party. (Section-18)
3. Parties
to the suit suing or sued in a representative character, while they hold that
character. (Section-18)
4. Persons
who have any proprietary or pecuniary interest in the subject matter of the
proceeding, if the statement are made in their character of person so
interested or during continuance of interest. (Section-18)
5. Persons
from whom the parties to the suit have derived their interest to the subject
matter of the proceeding. Provided that the statement are made during
continuance of the interest from the person making the statement. (Section-18)
6. Persons
whose position or liability in necessary to prove as against any party to the
suit, if the statement are made during the continuance of such position or
liability. (Section-19)
7. Person to
whom a party to the suit has expressly referred for information in reference to
a matter in dispute. (Section-20)
