Method of proving dying declaration: Are given below-
1. Dyingdeclaration whether oral or written, must be proved duly.
2. If the
statement is oral, person who heard the statement should dispose what he has
heard.
3. If the
statement is written, it must be proved by evidence of the person who recorded
it.
4. If the
dying declaration is made before to a magistrate, the magistrate must be called
to prove it.
5. Dyingdeclaration must be corroborated by other necessary document or evidence.
