S-6: What Property can not be transferred under TP Act

Property of any kind may be transferred except the following 9 kinds of Property:

a) Space succession or Hope of succession.

b) Right of Re-entry

c) Easement

d) Restricted Interest

e) Maintenance

f) Public Office and Salary

g) Pension 

h) Transfer opposed to the nature of interest or unlawful object or consideration

i)  Nontransferable  interests

j) Mere Right to Sue
k) Persons disqualified to be transferee
